RETURN POLICY:

Our shipping department carefully checks each piece we ship for damages and imperfections, before we hand wrap them. If you receive the wrong product, or you find an imperfection that we did not catch, we will be happy to exchange it for you.

You MUST notify us by email within 48 hrs. of receiving your package at weborders@teagardins.com

If we cannot exchange your product, your purchase will be refunded!!  As soon as your item arrives back to us, your refund will be made. Please allow 2-4 business days for your bank to show the credit to your account.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Regularly stocked items are usually shipped within 24-48 Hours of purchase before 1pm. In the rare case that your item is out of stock, We will contact you upon your order on a business day (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm) to inform you our timeline of your shipment.

We use USPS to ship, and provide a tracking number to all customers so they can watch the travel progress of their purchase.
